National Hate Crime Report and Support Centre
Victim Support run the National Hate Crime Report and Support Centre which provides free and confidential emotional and practical support to victims of Hate Crime. This covers anyone who feels like they have been targeted because of their race, faith, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. Additionally they are a third party reporting centre, meaning you can report hate crimes to them and have the right to remain anonymous.
Live Fear Free
The Live Fear Free Helpline, delivered by Welsh Women's Aid, is a national confidential, free phone support and information service for anyone experiencing sexual violence, domestic abuse or other forms of violence against women, or for anyone wanting more information on available support services. Open 24 hours, 365 days a year.

Bright Sky is a free to download mobile app providing support and information for anyone who may be in an abusive relationship or for those concerned about someone they know. Bright Sky can also be used by practitioners and other employers to learn more and provide support.
Galop: The National LGBT Domestic Abuse Helpline
A national charity that provides support for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans-people experiencing relationship abuse, including a national helpline.

The RISE service supports women affected by violence and abuse by a partner, ex-partner or family member. They offer a full range of support services including 24/7 crisis support and community support.

Taith is a drugs and alcohol support service which offers advice and support to students who may be unsure of their needs to make informed decisions about changing their substance use. On the first Tuesday of every month in term-time, Taith will offer one-to-one sessions at 50 Park Place. Taith also operate a drop in service at 7 St Andrews Place, Cardiff, CF10 3BE (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 09:00-15:00).

Ara Gambling Services (Problem Gambling)
Ara Gambling Services is a trusted partner of GamCare and is a specialised counselling service, supporting those who have a problem with gambling and significant others that may be affected as a result. You can book in to see someone on a Tuesday evening in 50 Park Place or you can call.

Support if you are a young single parent
The Advice and Money team provide a lot of financial advice/support to student parents. Within Cardiff, Barnardo's have a few schemes whereby they support young parents/families, providing 1-2-1 support as well as courses, groups and housing.
There is also a charity called Gingerbread, registered in England and Wales, which specifically supports single parents.
