Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani Dubai is a private technical research university based in Dubai’s International Academic City. The team at BITS partnered with TalkCampus as a way to provide their students with confidential, round-the-clock support wherever they are in the world. TalkCampus’s real-time escalation of at-risk students back into the university was one of the key elements that made this such a valuable offering to the university.
