TalkCampus has arrived at University of London!

TalkCampus is an app-based peer support network for students to give and receive mental health support to one another.

When life gets tough, the TalkCampus community is there for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - so you can reach out and talk to someone any time of the day or night, wherever you are in the world.

This is a safe place where you can anonymously and confidentially share how you are feeling and get instant support from student peers and trained volunteers.

Supporting Each Other on TalkCampus

If you are stressed or overwhelmed and need to talk, simply log in to the app and type how you are feeling - similar to a status update. Within minutes, a caring student or volunteer will respond, and you can work through things together. Likewise, if you would like to support another student, you can reply to their post in the same way.

‘Peer support’ is the support shared between fellow peers rather than professionals.

Please note that TalkCampus is not a medical or one-to-one therapy service. Should you need professional help, make sure you seek it.
