Your students don't all speak the same language, and your materials shouldn't have to either.
TalkCampus now gives you every asset co-branded with your institution's logo and translated across 26 languages, instantly. You don't have to request a translation, wait for it to come back, or keep track of which version is the latest one. It's just there, in the languages your students use, with your branding on it.
Everything in one place
Your new TalkCampus portal puts all of it at your fingertips. Every asset already carries your institution's branding, ready for you to download and share in whichever language you need.
Reaching more of your students
Your campus is a community of many languages. When support materials only exist in one of them, plenty of students never really see them. Translating everything, and putting your name and logo on it, means more students come across something that feels like it's actually for them, in words they understand and designed in a way that feels relevant and engaging.
Breaking down barriers to connection
That's what we care about most. We want every student to feel part of a community, to have people to share with and somewhere to belong, and we don't think language should get in the way of that.
Your portal is the one place for everything you need. We know wellbeing teams are stretched, and we want TalkCampus to take something off your plate while doing more for you and your students.
How to translate and co-brand your materials
Here's how to do it, step by step:
1. Sign in to your TalkCampus partner portal. Your sign-in link is under 'Partner login' on the TalkCampus home page.
2. Go to the Marketing and Resources area of the portal, which sits underneath Insights and Reporting.
3. Choose the type of materials you're after, for example global student campaigns.
4. Add any asset to your cart using the plus button in the top left corner.
5. Once you're in your cart, tick the 'Co-branded' box to add your logo to the asset.
6. Use the drop-down menu under each asset to choose the language you'd like to download it in.
7. Click 'Prepare my pack' and that's it. You can also share it straight from there by email.
You can share the portal with anyone on your team, and you can link directly to any asset if you want to point a colleague towards a particular idea or piece.
