What's new on TalkCampus - April 2026

This month we have updated TalkCampus with improvements to posting, your feed, and how you sign in. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to making TalkCampus a smoother, more connected experience for every student who needs it.

Simpler posting

Choosing a category when you post is now even easier. We've streamlined the options to better reflect how students use them, so sharing what's on your mind takes less effort. Whether you're reaching out for support, offering encouragement, or just checking in, getting your post to the right place should feel effortless - and now it does.

A better feed - including a new buddies feed

We've improved our feed layouts to make the experience feel smoother. We've also introduced a dedicated buddies feed, giving buddies a clearer way to stay connected with the people who need it. You'll also find new prompts to support TalkCampus buddies in reaching those who need it most. We know that timing matters in peer support, and these changes are designed to make those connections happen more naturally.

Sign in with a passkey

TalkCampus now fully supports passkeys - a faster, more secure way to sign in without a password. Using your device's built-in authentication, like Face ID or fingerprint recognition, you can access your account quickly and securely. Passkeys remove the friction of forgotten passwords and keep your account protected, so you can focus on what matters: showing up for your community.
